NCSE Climate Change Education

NCSE's VISION FOR CLIMATE CHANGE EDUCATION

American colleges and universities shape the minds of the future decisionmakers of our nation and world. To ensure a scientific knowledge-base for these leaders-to-be, NCSE is spearheading climate change education initiatives which equip professors of various disciplines to teach climate change science and solutions. Using the best available technology, these online teaching resources will be:
1) a comprehensive collection of scientifically accurate, publicly available information on climate change science and solutions;
2) combined into "modules" which can be integrated into course curriculum from a diversity of university departments and disciplines; and
3) a forum for building a community of authors, editors, and networkers for the advancement of next-generation climate change education.
