Adaptation Fact Sheets

As an outcome of the Adaptation 2009 Conference, National Wildlife Federation created a set of fact sheets focusing on global warming safeguards for the nation’s natural systems  An overview fact sheet outlines key concepts and principles for climate change adaptation, while separate fact sheets address adaptation issues related to each of the four natural systems considered during the conference.  These NWF fact sheets draw on research supported by the Wildlife Habitat Policy Research Program, a program of the National Council for Science and the Environment with funding from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
