Applying to Campus to Careers
We welcome applications from college students and recent graduates interested in a pursuing a career in the environment. Please read the following application guidelines carefully.
In order to apply for an internship or fellowship with Campus to Careers, you need to print and fill out all the required forms listed below as completely as possible. Sign, if applicable, and fax them back to 866-302-4978, preferably but not necessarily each document separately. Alternatively, you can scan each form to .pdf format and email as an attachment to C2C@NCSEonline.org.
Please use the NCSE application form as a checklist for the forms and documents we will need.

As part of the hiring process, we also ask you to:
Print and fax copy(ies) of your unofficial transcript from all applicable colleges and universities.
If you have not already done so, please fax or email a copy of your current résumé / CV.
IMPORTANT: In order for us to quickly locate email messages from you, please set up the subject line for any future emails in the following format:
Format: LASTNAME, Firstname – C2C – subject
Example: SMITH, John – C2C – completed application
JONES, Mary – C2C – question on I-9 documentation
IMPORTANT: An internship applicant who is not a U.S. Citizen or does not fall into another employment eligible category under USCIS guidelines, may not be able to work as an intern at a Federal government site, but may be able to work on a non-Federal NCSE internship under a J-1 VISA. If this is the case, please contact Paul Dion, C2C Program Director, as soon as possible to discuss options at 202-207-0010.
NOTE: Internships, whether Federal or non-Federal tend to be competitive. There is no guarantee that you will be the first choice of the internship site you want, or that you will be selected into the program. NCSE assists in the selection process but final selection rests with the sponsor organization.
